Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Arass Hôtel & Business Flats in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is open from 08:00 until 17:30. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours need a code to access the night entrance via our code lock. Inside the night entrance they can use the self check-in kiosk. Please contact Arass Business Flats in advance for the code and instructions. Please note that for reservations of 5 rooms or more, different conditions apply. Once your reservation has been confirmed by the establishment, you will be required to make a prepayment.
