This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The residence has no reception. Guests are asked to contact the residence directly after booking to be given the access code to the gate, a map of the residence and the name of their apartment. Please note that cash payments of EUR 1000 or above are not permitted under current Italian law. Bed and bath linen are provided upon arrival and are included in the rate, changes are made every 10 days. Daily change is available on request, at an additional cost.
