Very small rooms, average cleanliness, poorly functioning shower, pleasant tenants

Very small room, functional kitchen, very pleasant and friendly tenants, lots of dust and the bathroom is not very clean. The shower is not pleasant, either you burn yourself or it's a refrigerator.
