Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancellation or no-show the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancellation fee. Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in time may be delayed, and rooms will only be ready after 19:00 or even later. This property has a Kosher certificate. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed due to renovation from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
