Warm duvet, in-room shower with towels provided, full breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you ask for!

Passing through Geneva while waiting for a flight, I booked this youth hostel to spend the night at a lower cost. If the room and the mattress were correct, there was no quiet place to work. I had to do my presentation in the reception hall in which nightclub music was constantly playing. The padlocks for the luggage lockers were also not provided and the kitchen was dirty. I have been in much better youth hostels for the same price.

New establishment, well located, clean, well managed and very pleasant to spend the night

Very good hostel, with clean, spacious and comfortable spaces. The breakfast option is great, lots of choice and unlimited. The lunch option is also very good. The rooms are spacious and we lack for nothing. The staff is present, friendly and very attentive to our needs. Thank you for this stay.

It was a first experience in your establishment. Although 83 years old, I felt at ease among the residents and appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Additionally, I can only praise the room maintenance work My dormitory321 was well isolated from street noise. In short, an experience to be repeated.

Very good, affordable stay for Geneva, the staff is top notch!! It's clean, the dorms are well organized and spacious. Nothing to complain about, I recommend!

Safe place, good cleanliness and safe

This is clearly my best hotel. Nothing to say. Hotel at the top. It's clean, it's bright, it's airy (air conditioning). The top location not far from the airport or the center. Top value for money. separate showers and bathrooms inside the rooms You just have to pay the tourist tax on site. Access to floors with a secure card breakfast at 14€ not included but not bad

Super clean hostel, quiet, well served by transport, I recommend it

- Take a bed in a room for 4 called "mixed dormitory". At the beginning of May 2022, the hotel was not full. There are 26 identical rooms. Supposedly because of covid and because there wouldn't be enough women booking they can't do women only rooms. Opinion very bad, they could update their data and the hotel was therefore not full. Slept very badly because of 2 big snoring cads and very noisy ventilation. I only knew/thought the next day that it was modular. - Rooms for 4 are not hostel rooms. These are family rooms: there are 2 twin beds very close together for 2 people who do not know each other as well as 2 bunk beds. We cannot separate the beds. - The hotel is referenced on youth hostels but the term is confusing. - Entrance would be fine in Amsterdam in the red light district, it's eye blasting and really not warm. - The worst must be the wifi because connected with a German system: in any case, you can't watch anything on playrts.ch because it's as if you were abroad, a shame. - The 2nd worst is that the messages are sent in English while we are in Geneva. That is really a lack of political tact and it would be easy to put a standard message in French, German and English. In the same vein, there is a great leaflet on things to do in Geneva in English and not translated into French, the height. The hotel is not at all integrated into the neighborhood and that's a shame. There are plenty of shops nearby as well as bistros and restaurants and several bus lines and close to the airport. - There is a common kitchen and like almost everywhere, people are pigs and do not clean their pitches. Of course, there is a lack of cloths and sponges and the same sponge is for washing dishes and cleaning. There is also no wifi in the communal kitchen. It was also peclosing near the reception and the receptionist was overwhelmed. - The shower is very small and has several bad designs. It's a shame, it would have been easy to design well. - The hotel seems to have no green fiber and nothing in recycling either. Really a shame in 2022. - The music heard by all sucks. For 4 hours non stop, I heard what is put in the discotheques while it was the a.m. then almost identical, in the morning, NRJ radio, not even the Swiss antenna. In cool stuff: - the evening reception staff are very friendly and competent, at least when I have been there. - good mattress - there is a kind of step for small people - water flavored with real oranges is offered - there is a panecake machine at breakfast and maple syrup - I was treated to a very good surprise and it did me good - remember to ask for a card for public transport, both on the day of arrival and departure, as well as the reductions included in the tourist tax - very good location

The play area for children or teenagers is limited to the ping pong table. Pity.
