This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional GBP 10. Subject to availability. A travel cot is available upon request, however there is no bedding provided for the cot. Please note there is no lift in the building and the rooms are accessed via stairs. Guests are required to pay a GBP 10 key deposit. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel rooms and any evidence of smoking found, will result of asking guests to leave the property, and will result in a GBP 100 fine. Please note that the free parking is located off-site at 38-46 English St, Dumfries DG1 2BY. Guest are not allowed to exceed the number of guests mentioned in the reservation, any proof showing they are having more guest will result in asking to leave the property immediately.

I got locked in the hotel and then locked out before breakfast. I had to get someone in a shop next door to phone the owner to open the door. He met me with my breakfast in his hand! He was the only ...
