You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that the property have no hot water supply and the rooms are not equipped with TV. 6% surcharge for payment with credit and debit card. Throughout the duration of the reservation we only accept the guests registered at check-in, to enter the hostel. Visits and temporary guests are not permitted on the premises. We encourage visits to the rooftop bar, which is open to the public during its opening times. Cleaning and change of towels is only made if the duration of the reservation is more than 3 days. However it is only made every 3 days and only upon request and the guest is asked to leave it's key with the reception and approve that the cleaning service enter the room.

Great hostel with small minor...

The breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I booked tours there and it went very smoothly. The hostel is very close to the walled city and the centre of town. Laundry ...

Do not let them tell you....

Small cheerful corner of Gethsemane, where the welcome is always pleasant and attentive and where all the amenities are served at a great price. It should be a mandatory stop in Cartagena.
