DO NOT STAY HERE

Upon my arrival no one greeted me but it was not an unusual time, in the evening around 9pm perhaps There was a person in the reception lobby charging their phone, due to lack of places to do this I also ended up doing this. The dorms are disgusting. They are several what appears to be broken down vehicles on their property. Several individuals not guests come and go as they please in the underneath part of the so called “hostile” My honest statement here, I think they have refugees or something like this they keep in the bottom half, they do not use the safety code to get it and come and go as they please through the bottom “emergency exit” The “Bathroom “ was absolutely dreadful, and as a man, who has severed in the military I can not believe this place is operational. I would shut this place down for safety alone, let alone false advertisement, people coming and going through the bottom half of the building. If you’re hoping to get a good deal go somewhere else. I tried to contact them for a refund I stay ONE night out of a 14 day stay. Literally a horrible experience and situation. Literally ruined my Europe trip and cost me over $1000 in an emergency flight home. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. NOT SAFE, NOT CLEAN, NOT A REAL HOSTILE

It was really cool

It was a good place to be. It’s easily accessible to public transport, food, restaurants. WiFi was okay and security was fine. Bathroom was very clean and showers were working well. Just that the people there were not friendly….if you don’t speak German, you’d be completely lost
