Helpful staff (called taxi), perfect location to explore zona colonial, not too far away from plaza Enriquillo where many buses to other cities leave.
The bed were comfortable but the comfort and service was appalling.

Host was very helpful, cheerful and he sing nice :) Room was clean and cosy. Great wi-fi in lobby. Really near to center of Santo Domingo. Good value for money.
The staff is very relaxed but at the same time attentive.
