Clean, but poorly designed. They charge extra for everything you think, drink (I mean even water) or want.
Location is great to visit Bai Tho Mountain, which was the only reason we stayed here. Seemed more like a business hotel.
The room was comfortable and clean. There was a shopping centre close by and we used the cinema. We stayed near the view point which was a within short walking distance for us.
