The location and staff were wonderful! They really went beyond all expectations to accommodate the needs of the pilgrims. I hope to come again in the near future.

I like the ambience and the location.
Great location in the old city. Room on the 2nd floor was really nice and newly remodeled. Breakfast was also quite good. Would highly recommend this hotel to someone staying in Jerusalem.
