Convenience of the location for a one night stopover (if you want to be near Rouen but not in it) eating places are nearby. Breakfast is ver good. We've stayed here before and will stay again.
Off main road, good parking.
Easy access to the motorway. Clean and tidy comfortable bed staff very helpful.
