I loved the location, the warm and good-looking bedroom, the spacious bed and the little balcony.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the old city.
Staff very helpful especially Motaz, only issue with one staff on day we arrived. Rooms clean and fresh, Location excellent (however not the best for wheelchair or disabled people).
