You get what you pay for and I think it was good value.
Location is good, a lot of shop and malls around. I thought everything was worst. Considering that is a Guesthouse i found it not so bad. It's good for staying a few days in a cheap way in hk ...
location is strategic. very near the MTR, restaurants, convenient stores.
The comfortable room has air conditioning, an electric kettle if you want to eat something hot, the bathroom is spacious and good.
