Friendly, comfortable and very convenient.

We didn't have breakfast but the location was brilliant for the Norfolk Broads, where we were heading off to. We were also allowed to book in slightly later and that was appreciated.

I got here last night and nobody was here I rang the lady and she came straight away, I've had no other problems whatsoever I enjoyed my stay and I've booked another night
