Owner was nice and friendly.. Can just place the key on the table when you check out if the owner is not there
The owners were very helpful, when asked. They also arranged a pick up from the train station, upon my arrival.
The location is good if you are travelling with your own vehicle (or rental) or by train. It is walking distance from the train station but not with luggages. The surface of the road is bumpy to say ...
