I’ve been there twice and will go back, it’s very well placed, clean and not very expensive. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms pleasant and the staff very friendly. Only regret no way to cook or store your own food but hey it is not the most important because there are shops and restaurants everywhere and you can always eat in the entrance hall. I recommend 100% !!

We stayed with our 2 grandchildren. Everything went as planned. Room 4 corresponded to our expectations. The competent, jovial staff gave us the advice we expected. Roughly nothing wrong, on the contrary.

Dormitory for 6 people with shower and toilet clean and with the minimum comfort but practical. On the other hand, noise in the corridor throughout the night due to a group of children and young people visibly poorly supervised and despite our complaint at the reception. The living rooms much smaller in reality than in the photos and often full. While the wifi does not go into the rooms ..

The hostel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The curtains allow to have a little privacy which is nice. The weak points: few showers and a noisy area. Remember to take earplugs if you want to sleep. Good value for breakfast.

I came 4 years ago, with two classes of 10 year olds. I came back with my husband and my daughters and I have no regrets. Very good value for money, clean and pleasant. Happy to have found someone in the staff who spoke French. Too bad we have seen the last day you were eating at night.

I like the individual washrooms and the huge lockers under the beds. The curtains on each bed also gave you privacy and helped to block out the overhead light.

Take Heathrow to Piccadilly Circus, change to the bakerloo line that is going towards elephant and castle. Just a 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle underground, there's also a bus stop right outside as well. Staff was friendly, for the most part!

The place is extremely nice for a hostel and is more of a mix of hostel/hotel. The only difference between this and a 4 star hotel are the 8 person rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly and they have a complementary breakfast and bar/lounge area downs

It was very close to the metro, which can take you anywhere in London.

One of two of our locations in London, this elegant hostel is set within the East Wing of a Jacobean building, originally known as Cope Castle, in the heart of leafy Holland Park. Hostel far from everything, we changed the bed 3 times. Someone was in our bed and this person was not even part of the inn ... To flee!

very unpleasant reception at night on arrival: awkward, insecure,
We arrived at night (29/10/17) due to the schedule of our flight. The two people who greeted us were very rude, not warm at all as we arrived with 5 tired children. Moreover, on the site of "hostel" we can not specify the number of children and we do not have the possibility to reserve a complete room. I booked 7 places so I could detail the reservation. On arrival we are told that it is not possible: that people have been dispatched and as they are children it is not possible to put them with other adults than parents. Is. very good, that's for sure, but I thought we were not separating the groups. But the booking site was not suitable? (To do !!!!) and in the meantime it was 1am .... In short, they finally found us a dirty and wet room ss élecricité. Good the next day they caught up: a room for us 7 (while at night they told us that we should find accommodation elsewhere !! (and I was tt settled by internet) In short, not a chic welcome at all but a good catching up which is certainly the manager, otherwise the place is very nice, the dining area pleasant, the lil bit perfect and the population heteroclytes and friendly.Another negative point: the baggage deposit is completely insecure (all the world has access to the code !!) and very dirty, I think we will not come back, but no regrets.
The hostel is newly renovated. Hygiene is impeccable. The situation is very very good. Well served by several metro and bus lines. LR lersonal is super nice. In short I recommend this address.

We spent three nights with girls. It's clean, secure. Ideally located, the subway is 2 minutes walk. The atmosphere is at the rendezvous, several activities are offered by the hostel (visits, outings, tapas ...). In short we will return without hesitation. Great, stupenda. INSTALLATIONS AND STAFF, SUPER PEEERO, before there were a couple of induction cookers ... they helped a lot, and it shows, and the check out time is also worse than before and ... it shows.

Positive experience
The hostel is well organized despite being absolutely low cost. There is a common room and a terrace where you can meet new people and be in company. The "negative" sides are that there are only two hair dryers available and you have to go and ask them every time at the reception. Furthermore, towels and especially PADLOCKS are not supplied, even if the opposite was written on the website. Otherwise it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The sockets of the high bunk beds had to be lowered because you can't get there.

We had no air conditioning the first two nights which was a horror, it was no longer possible to use the washing machines and the shower rooms are so wet that they do not even feel refreshed when we come out

Friendly and helpful staff - check in (Andrea) and check out, except for the cleaning maid who entered the room by 10.30 in the morning, we had requested the night before late check out, the cleaning maid turned on the light and opened the door without touching, told the lady that we had late check-out and she took a long time to look at the papers as if she were doubting, keeping the door open, when what she should have done was close the door and confirm with the reception, not to disturb the guests who were resting and pay for it - very unprofessional on the part of this employee. Perfect location - beaches and center; Cleanliness - average - we noticed that the bottom sheets were with sand when we arrived. But we quickly asked for the reception and they provided us with sheets and everything we needed. Price: a bit overdone for the facilities it has, but acceptable. Overall, highly recommend !! For adventurers and backpackers, who just want to rest.

Ce qui nous a poussé à réserver ici était clairement lié à l'emplacement très pratique et de ce côté là rien à redire bien sûr. Pour le reste le dortoir était suffisamment spacieux et propre. En revanche les douches sont très peu pratiques (il faut se coller contre la paroi si on veut être aspergé d'eau, pas de moyens d'accrocher ses vêtements donc ils prennent l'eau) et l'accueil fut très peu sympathique pour ne pas dire carrément antipathique.

The Dorm Beds are spacious and very private with your own curtains, locker and light. Also a great location!

Really nice hostel! Don't forget this is an hoStel: so, of course you're in a room of 14 people, but this is not a problem for me! The beds provide a lot of comfort, and everything is clean. Hot showers 24/24, no curefew and a lot of interesting

The location was perfect. Walking distance to so many places and located right off of the metro made it a very easy traveling hub. The staff was friendly and the a/c actually worked (sometimes) in the room!
