Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere. Comfortable bed. Can cook there. Close to Zenko-ji Temple. Tea always available.
Staff was great
Great reception: it was raining and on arrival they offered us a towel, slippers and a tea with snacks. In a plan they gave us they recommended points of interest in Nagano. When going to bed, ...
The staff was very nice; They gave us a lot of information about the area, things to do, places to eat, transportation, etc ... There is free tea and coffee to drink in the common area, which is very cozy ...
It is a small but comfortable place. An old house with two floors. Best of all, without a doubt, the attention of the staff are lovely.
