This hostel promises free laundry but it is unusable (broken but no one tells us), the USB ports next to the beds do not work so you have to share the sockets in the rooms and toilets to charge your phone. In addition, the reception staff are overwhelmed and you sometimes have to wait more than 30 minutes just to ask a question. Also, I had reserved a room for women only and when I returned on the 2nd evening, there was a man installed in the room….
A bit far from the city center of Salzburg but right next to the train station. Comfortable room, good breakfast but the whole lacks a bit of human warmth.
Everything was perfect !!!
Despite putting our arrival time, when we arrived the room was not ready and we had to pay for leaving the luggage at the hostel. The room we had had a window on the roof and it was very hot. Otherwise, all good.
The hostel is basically within walking distance on the train station. Has all the basic necessities you need for such a short stay
