Good location in a safe neighborhood. About 15 min walk from Beco do Batman and the bar area in Vila Madalena. Peaceful accommodation Good value for money.

Very friendly all the staff. Access to the kitchen and the patio very nice and comfortable. The patio is very nice. The room and the bathroom are spacious. The location is excellent.
