"Sleep Green - Certified Eco Youth Hostel" features everything the traveller's heart desires: excellent location in Barcelona's beautiful neighbourhood Eixample; small dormitories with only 4 to 6 beds; a well-equipped communal kitchen with free tea, coffee and cookies; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff; plus a cosy atmosphere.
The hostel is conveniently located less than 5 min by foot from the shuttle bus to the airport (AEROBUS) and only 1 min to the night shuttle bus (N16/N17).

The hostel is only a couple of minutes walking distance to the main square Plaza Catalunya and the main streets, La Rambla and Passeig de Gracia. Within the same block of the hostel guests can find 24 hours supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and all public transportation (bus, train, metro). In a radius of 35 minutes walking distance 90% of the monuments as well as the beach are reachable, e.g. Casa Batlló 7 min, Casa Mila 12 min, La Sagrada Familia 30 min, La Rambla 3 min, Plaza Catalunya 2 min.

Sleep Green was created from the passion to minimise the impact of the hostel on the local environment. For its efforts the hostel was awarded the EU Ecolabel and is the first urban hostel in Spain with this certificate. Sleep Green is a fun but not a party hostel where the notion of respect is central to the hostel's philosophy.

In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Please pay attention to the check-in (after 14:00) and check-out times (before 11:00). If you have an early arrival to Barcelona, there is the possibility to store your luggage free of charge before check-in time. Note, anyone checking-out late will be charged another night.
We welcome reservations by families and accept minors but only if accompanied by an adult or if parental authorisation to stay at the hostel is provided.
We refuse admission to drunken, misbehaving or filthy persons.

Very friendly and attentive staff to what you need, perfect location to visit the center and a good vibes atmosphere that encourages you to share and talk with other travelers.
Too expensive (100€/person) for 6 beds room in a more than 20 people place with just 4 toilets and 4 showers (split between male and female). Plus no breakfast, you need to pay for everything (towel, water, …), the personnel is not always friendly and the vibes is far from what you expect from an hostel
Good reception, good location, kind and helpful
Very friendly staff, located right at placa catalunya but still quiet enough to have a good sleep. I would definitely stay there again.
