The Elevator Hostel
Lisbon - The Elevator Hostel
The ground floor lounge, at street level, the top floor lounge
with its long awesome balcony where breakfast and dinner are served, the attic mezzanine where even the height of the room suggests you should lay down and relax…
It is pleasant and quiet yet everything is easily accessible either walking or by public transportation. It is spotted right in the centre of Lisbon and yet you feel the atmosphere of the neighborhood: real people, real shops, great photo angles and plenty of greenery at the park just behind.

Being in such a unique location, up the funicular tracks, The Elevator Hostel is unfortunately not very suitable for wheelchair access. Due to the same reason, taxis will not drop you RIGHT at our door. Tell the driver to drop you at Restaurant Solar dos Presuntos and then follow the tracks up .

I booked this hotel in March 2018. Arriving there, the hotel was closed. Nobody to welcome me. Telephone with unassigned number. Invalid mail. Broken mailbox. I had to find a backup solution for not sleeping outside.
The staf was very friendly and the hostel is close ot the attactions in Lisbon. Good atmosphere.
Well located and clean. I recommend this hostel in Lisbon.
