The professional service and the very nice attitude especially from Hatem, and I really felt that I am at my home.
Location of the property
staff is very nice Mr yasir and saeed very cooperative peraons
I loved everything about my stay in the hotel specially the staff they were really amazing and so helpful I was supposed to stay for only one night and then i extended my stay for another 2 nights ...
The location is good, close to the Egyptian museum, host is heart-warmed,helped me with translation,gave me good advice
