It's cheap and clean.
The beds are very comfortable and I have never seen such clean bathrooms in Vietnam! Great job! I also like the balcony and location. Little house cat is cute too! ;)

The ventilation inside the dorm need to be improved more. The shoe area is smelly. Other than that everything is great.
