Staff, cleaness, breakfast, confort.
Perfect location in the centre, nice individual pods with your own light and power point. The breakfast is awesome.
The variety of services offered
Em place is very clean .. the bathrooms, the rooms .. impeccable! The staff is immediately occupied if any guests request something .. All very attentive .. Excellent place to stay in Gramado!
