Value for money is excellent. Food is delicious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Really comfortable, spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. The only thing missing was a view from the window, but I didn't request that and other rooms may have good views of the city.
Great staff, nice breakfast, perfect location, big bed and bathroom with a bathtub. We really enjoyed staying there. We booked our bus to Cat Ba there and it was also very comfortable and safe.
