We are in the heart of Alicante, between the central market and the Plaza de los Luceros. 10 minutes walk from Postiguet beach, the Esplanade of Spain and very close to the Old Town. One minute from the C6 bus stop to Alicante Airport.

I have a complaint. I booked Nov 18-22. Then I phoned to change the dates and I had asked for a reservation only the night of 21/11, the person told me ok but I did not receive confirmation by email I thought that by phone c I was sure, I showed up on the 19th to find out if everything was ok and at the reception she didn't want to know anything when it was a staff error. As a result, she changed the reservation dates for the 21st until 11/25 and I had to pay 4 nights when I only stayed on the 21st. Hoping someone in charge will be able to take my complaint and get a refund. Cordially. FLORCZAK Francoise
Very good atmosphere and warm welcome. The places are clean and pleasant (as well as well located). Be careful, the air conditioning is on all night so bring a sweater!
