Everything was good : ambiance, rooms, showers, and especially location.
I hated your hostel. Here are the reasons; luckily the girl who was at the reception spoke in Spanish and that I manage in this language, because her English I did not understand. in his defense, my English is rotten. Enough that I hadn't realized there were bed numbers, which I didn't know. at 1½ o'clock in the morning, I was woken up by the person for whom the bed I had taken was intended. He even shot the cover and, I was naked, luckily I wasn't a girl, that's harassment. If I would have known the city, I would have left running. I was afraid of the guy and, if I would have lodged a complaint at the reception and there would have been no room to accommodate me elsewhere, what would have happened when I returned to this same room? I changed bed for the one that was due to me. Plus, the guy in the bottom bunk couldn't stop snoring. WHERE I AM MOST ANGER IS THAT YOU HAVE A SMOKING SECTION IN THE HOSTEL. I WAS JUST ON THE TOP FLOOR AND THE SCENT OF TOBACCO IN MY NOSTRELS MAKES ME VOMIT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN 2023. I understand that each country's standards are not the same, but YOU should have the strictest standards regardless of the country's standards. With what happened with this hostel, I realized that I am no longer old enough (66 years old) to go to these places even if overall I loved these meeting places. Now, if I don't have the money to go to a hotel with a private, WELL-Kept room, I won't leave. In closing, already, it already smelled of smoke when I entered and, if the time of my arrival was not so late and my cell phone would have worked, I would have left despite the fact that I would have lost my money. Hoping that the message is heard and studied. Thanks a lot to you, Daniel Lauzon (It was the straw too many)
Only for one night but pleasant setting, right in the center, very clean and very pleasant staff!
Young and super friendly staff, I recommend for young people traveling alone. Very clean, having taken a dormitory of 18 I dreaded the comfort but everyone is very respectful of others. (not made for a family trip with children)
