Hostel
Sliema, which means 'peace, comfort', was once a quiet fishing village on the peninsula across Marsamxett Harbour from Valletta and boasts beautiful views of the capital city.
The hostel is located bang in the centre, 50 meters from the main bus stop. The beaches are just down the road.
Along the seafront, one can find restaurants, bars and cafes. Nightclubs / Nightlife are all nearby too.

National War Museum, National Museum of Archaeology, University of Malta - Valletta Campus, Upper Barrakka Gardens, and Valletta Waterfront are all 2.5 km away.
Valletta is a 10 min bus ride
The Malta International Airport is a 15-min drive.

We paid for the hostel with breakfast included, but this never happened.
The hostel partially met our expectations regarding prices, however it would require a minimum of cleanliness, heating and comfort. We did not have breakfast offered. Service from Andrew was very pleasant and he helped us navigate. The cleaning team simply empties the bins and "cleans" part of the floor, forgetting the shower, toilets and bedrooms. We didn't use the kitchen, for fear of finding little bug-type comrades there. Not recommended in winter.
The room condition was not good needs improvement. just Ok to stay a night.
Problem: no access to a computer and printer to edit flight tickets
For € 10 it was fine, but in my case, the bathroom was very dirty and small. The kitchen was a bit old. The desire is comfortable but the cushions should be changed.
