The hostel is uncomfortable I had one of the worst moments of my life with a bathroom that is less than one square meter.

We booked on this site, telling us that we had to pre-pay € 40 and € 190 on site for 3 nights in a 30-person mixed room. We arrived, and paid € 30 more than expected for "taxes and card charges" not shown. We were put (we are two 20 year old girls) only with men. The room is very small and VERY VERY dirty! The cleaning is not done (or at least leaves much to be desired): shower full of hair, doors provided with mold! Toilet with hair (just after the "" "cleaning" ""), wasps and mosquitoes are also provided free of charge, as well as mice! You should also know that the kitchen is forbidden to access under penalty of verbal aggression from the staff. You can therefore deduce that some staff members are on the verge of being obnoxious. The beds are way too small (I'm 1m68) ... We saw some pretty good and pretty bad reviews and we thought 3 nights should be fine. Only we should have listened to the bad comments because even one night was too much. We no longer dared to return to the hostel out of disgust and even less to go to the toilet or even worse to the shower in this "place". I strongly advise you not to set foot there, I strongly cancel this place, I will never go back in my life.

The site does not comply at all with what the publication offers in your application. They have no lockers. The common places do not match the photos. And, in our particular case, we bought accommodation in a 6-bunk bedroom and ended up sleeping in one of 12 bunk beds with just one bathroom. In addition the bathroom in question without going into hygiene details, had the sector of pipes and wiring without protections and exposed. Not recommended at all. I suggest inspection.

The bathroom, toilet and bedroom were not clean. When we arrived the sheets had not been changed, we asked for new sheets.

No maid during our 6 days, defectuous services (toilet notemment), high humidity, wall faded. Whimsical staff, do not even mention the price that is excessive for the (small) service offered.

Nice hostel and well located: I recommend!

The staff were very close to their pennies: impossible to get a refund on the last night I didn't go to sleep, I should have paid 2 euros to rent a towel, the first welcome was really painful, not at all warm. The atmosphere is really cold, everything is white. You can see that whoever built this hostel bought the cheapest materials, and now is making the most of it. Lights are on all the time, I slept very badly. We have to pay extra to put things in lockers. it is really a shame. In addition, they make noise and woke me up several times during the night.

We were a group of 7 and it is the only accommodation (Hostel and Airbnb) that we found at a "reasonable" price (the hotels being overpriced), while we had been there for 2 months. 'advanced. However, we still paid 40 euros each night, for a dormitory of 8, with bunk beds, in a relatively small room. One of the windows did not open, the "private bathroom" is not one: it is actually just a shower behind a door (so impossible to take with you his clothes to change after the shower, otherwise they shower with you, so do it after getting out of the shower to dress in front of 7 other people ...). Positive points: quite well placed, we were able to leave at 12h00 instead of 11h00 the day we left, we generally slept well. In summary, for a weekend with friends, it passes, but then 40 euros a night per person, it's really too expensive. It's really worth no more than 15-20 euros maximum.

We had a very good stay. We slept superbly, the bedding is good. We were 6 and shared our room of 6 with 1 person but it was not disturbing. However, the room was dilapidated at the level of the window (bcp of humidity), a bed without ladder, the door of the bathroom which does not close (with a hole in it). Compared to the bathroom, it is also mixed because functional with hot water (and a good flow) but the water does not flow and floods the (tiny) room. Price too high compared to the conditions and especially the location (25 minutes minimum walk from the city center) The staff is bipolar, sometimes pleasant, sometimes very cold and unpleasant. Check-out at 11H we were able to leave our luggage in the "luggage room", finally, the lobby with all the passage without any security.

Very good location of the hostel near the city center and a tram stop. However the size of the rooms can surprise, especially as they are shared. The principle of the hostel is there, but sometimes a little creepy level of attendance of some travelers who seem a little shady. In addition, my girlfriend and I were rather unhappy with finding unwashed dishes every morning and having travelers with whom we shared the room arrive at 4am. We booked an 8 bed dorm at this hostel. First bad surprise on arrival, we were in a dormitory with 12 beds and not 8. The justification was that there was overbooking and that the only solution for our group to be together was to put us in a dormitory of 12 beds. We had to negotiate for financial compensation. In the room, unsurprisingly we were on top of each other but that was to be expected given the low price per night. No soap in the toilets, rudimentary showers but they do the job. The beds are quite comfortable, with of course the squeaking of the mezzanine beds. There is no kitchen available for customers, it is reserved for the staff. The manager was otherwise very friendly, except for the never very pleasant negotiation moment. REVIEW: I will not recommend this hostel, unless you are on a very tight budget or comfort is really not your priority. We also had decent nights. And the location is very good.

Hemos pasado el fin de semana un amigo y yo. El trato del personal es correcto, el hombre que nos recibió a nuestra llegada fue muy amable. En cuanto al trato del personal no tengo queja. Si algo no nos pareció bien, fue que nosotros pagamos por una habitación de 4 camas, y una vez hecha la entrada, nos encontramos con una habitación de 6. No es algo de mucha importancia (es más, nosotros ni siquiera reclamamos), únicamente íbamos al hostel a dormir, pero pagamos por una habitación de 4, y no de 6 personas, por lo que el precio cambie. En resumen, un hostel cerca del centro, bien situado, en una zona tranquila y con bares y comercios cerca, buena atención en general.

Simple, friendly, all the luxury expected for a trip

It was really nice! If you love meeting people and having fun like me, this is the place to go!! And the people who work there are really nice !! The only bad thing you can have there will certainly be because of other customers ! Yes of course we don’t know who we’ll find when we’re traveling! It was more of a hotel than a hostel. My friend and I were in a shared room with others that included lights, desks and lots of space. It was very clean and a nice change from many other hostels we had been to.

I'm not sure why this hostel has a low rating on this website. I've seen some reviews with falsehoods, like that the hostel has no common area or kitchen. It has both and both are very nice. I was treated exceptionally well, the owner checked on me more than any other chain hostel would to make sure I was accommodated. I came in from a 12 hour bus ride and was quite ragged and the owner got me into a bed 2 hours before check in... Without me even asking. All of the staff here are exceptionally nice, including the cleaner who was very funny. I enjoyed being away from the noisy streets but it's still so close to Dam square (only a 5-10 minute tram). This location should not be overlooked because of its rating on this site. It's a very clean and cleanly run establishment by family men.

This hostel was absolutely amazing!! It felt like a five star hostel. It was been recently remodeled and the pictures are not yet posted online so we went in the hostel a little hesitant and it was an amazing surprise to see such nice hostels. The showers were amazing. There is also a full kitchen and fridge for travelers to use for free. The hostel is incredibly nice and even better considering the price. By far the nicest Hostel I have ever stayed at. Besides the great stay, the best part is the owner of the hostel, he is so welcoming and friendly. He was up cleaning at 7am and was still organizing and building when we came back later at night around 2am. He is the best. He will take care of you! Trust me.. This place rocks. I wish I never had to leave.

Good location just outside the hubbub of the city centre with an owner who, although not gushing, was present and assisting with any problems and agreeably malleable with checkout times.

The host was really very friendly, the check-in, stay and check-out uncomplicated and you can get in and out 24hours whenever you like. It is a very uncommon and somewhat charming accomodation, friendly, small; a good uncomplicated stay for a night if you have no big luggage and no cosmetic desires in the morning.
