Reception is open 24 hours thanks to our professional night porter who oversees the security of our hotel & safety of our guests. Our friendly daytime reception staff handles reservations & provides local information to guests. We stock a variety of leaflets & booklets on local attractions in Scotland.

Tartan Lodge charged us twice and did not respond to our requests !!

Upon arrival we were asked to re-pay for our group booking although the total was paid in July and to date it is not possible to get the refund or even a manager online. Tartan Lodge owes us 178 € 48 and is not responding to our requests. It's scandalous !!
