The wave of the people is very good. And the subway is close, two blocks. On Wednesdays there are free caipis. And the bathroom and kitchen facilities are very good.

The facilities of the place, I did not have the possibility of using everything but had places of relaxation, terrace to hang clothes and the kitchen equipped.
