and damp with fungus on the walls, no hot water, and in 4 days room tidy once and not washed
I was very well received at Ciak Rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful even when it happens to have a problem during the night or else, they react immediately and effectively. The only thing to improve would be the bathrooms of the common dormitories, which are small (perhaps you have to arrange them differently?) And where it takes soooo much time to get hot water. Furthermore the hotel is located near the Colosseum and the Fori, it is really easy to go to the city center.
Perfect hostel for those who want to spend little, spending the night in a clean and well-kept place with very nice and kind staff. I slept in the clean and comfortable 4-seater room. Towels provided at the property for a small surcharge, which remains very competitive for the area (metro A) and for the service (breakfast offered).
We thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the very warm welcome from the owner of the hostel. This one made us feel at home. The hostel is ideal for young people traveling because the atmosphere is really great. The location is also very good (15 minutes walk from the Coliseum) and close to the metro. We thank the owner of the hostel for allowing us to leave our luggage even after the check put throughout the day.
Very pleasant stay in this hostel very well placed! Access to tourist places on foot or by subway very easily, staff very welcoming and warm with lots of good plans to give! To strongly recommend
