The location and silence
The location is in the center is ideal, has an elevator which gives ease to transport luggage and lockers to store luggage after check-out.

the bar of the jaegers is good, you can make several friends there
You can leave your luggage in the locker if you arrive before the check-in time. (if you don't have a padlock, you can rent one for one Euro per day.)
