this was my first hostel, the warm welcome, the nice staff, the other travelers are very kind, It's a small hostel (8 rooms to break everything) and I must say that I prefer it to the big hostel like the other than I could do, the small space promotes meetings with people, I saw people of all ages and various nationalities, a very good experience, (located in the city center and more)

The location on the Royal Mile was perfect for the Fringe Festival. The hostel was clean and very cozy and comfortable. I was really happy with the friendly staff, who were always there to help and chat to.

The room themes were whimsical and fun, there was SO much space, multiple power outlets for every bunk and enough space to get the actual adapters in, clean linen changed each day, armchairs and space in the centre of the rooms, clean bathrooms, great common room, cheap water behind the desk. The free pub crawl on Thursday night was also amazing!

Location - right on the High Street, its perfect for travellers/visitors.

I really liked its location in the very centre of Edinburgh. The satff was very friendly and helpfull and the place had a good atmosphere.

Te location was unbeatable, and the rooms were charming, I loved the themed names of all the beds. Our room had a huge bay window that made me forget I was even staying in a hostel.

The free tea/coffee/cocoa was a wonderful treat. The staff was very helpful and willing to spend a great deal of time offering tips about the city. The living area had a warm atmosphere.

In a weird way I like and both dislike the fact they have long term stay guests/staff there who are generally always around the lounge/kitchen area it makes the place feel homely but when you first arrive it can feel a little bit intimidating. Enjoyed the bedroom great view, good space and great names. Never was a queue for the shower and free French Toast Thursdays are a must. The location is superb you are so close to everything old and new town that you feel your part of the action.

It has character and an excellent location, good value for money

The location is great. I really liked the fireplace in the common area. The room was spacious enough and the staff was very friendly.
