Shelter City is a Christian hostel located near Dam Square, Central Station and the red light district.
This drug- and alcohol-free hostel serves a highly praised free breakfast of hot and cold food.
We have our own garden and terrace.

Frankly quiet
The hostel is great! The location is perfect, near the city center (Dam 5min walk) the central station is 10min, the only problem is that there is only one catch for 4 beds ... So take a multiple power;) But I recommend without moderation!
Ma sœur et moi avons passé un très bon moment à l'auberge de jeunesse Shelter City. En plein centre d'Amsterdam, elle nous a offert un séjour très agréable : personnel souriant et serviable, possibilité de jouer au ping-pong, au baby-foot, à la guitare, au piano... plus un accès à une terrasse calme et ensoleillée. Que demander de plus ? Je recommande vivement cette auberge, merci encore pour votre accueil !
Une auberge au top ! Tout est pratique ! Plein centre ville, dortoirs confortables avec casiers (prévoir cadenas mais sinon ils en vendent), petit déjeuner agréable servi jusque 10h30, petite cours intérieure avec des tables de jardin et des canapés confortables, sanitaires propres, et personnel très sympathique ! Bref, j'ai adoré et je recommande !
