We are a family run Lodge ,who take our guests to the best beach everyday for surfing or just bathing ,we offer surf lessons ,guidance and professional surf coaching ,we are by the atlantic ocean which offers spectacular views and sunsets,3 supermarkest are walking distance and restauranst and cafes
Social and fun
Our guest come together in a civilised way ,we are not a party Lodge as we want to get up early to enjoy the whole of the next day ,we often all go out to dinner together or BBQ or cook at the Lodge .We have fun times on the beach everyday or on a surf safaris where we take our vans and explore

We have been coming to portugal for family holidays since 1995,we came every year for the culture ,beauty of the coastline, cost of living and the beach and surf life,we built the Lodge in 2007 and completed it in 2011 and opened it as a surf lodge to create a business so we could live in Portugal and enjoy this life style daily ,we share our story and knowledge of the area with all our guests passing through and we now have amazing returning guests each year from all over the world

I liked that they where offering also other services than just accommodating people. Like the surfing lessons and lift to the beach were a blast.
the facility itself is simply great
Loved this place! Claire was so lovely and looked after us! The lodge itself so new and clean and has everything. It has a kitchen upstairs and downstairs where you can meet the other guests. There is also board hire and Claire dropped us to and from the best surf spots for the day. It is right on the ocean side and you can walk everywhere. Definitely staying again!!
my boyfriend and me really loved this place..... claire and duncan were so friendly from the beginning of our stay that it was almost hard to leave at the end :) we arrived in febuary and didn't expect there would be a possibility to go surfing because of the cold weather but we did! Duncan asked us if we would like to and after we agreed he was driving with us to the beach and was teaching us the most important things. he was really patient and even though it was raining heavily he waited and took pictures of us. all in all we really enjoyed our trip to peniche and want to come back to this place for sure!
The property was a very clean nice house, cleaned every day. I must say the couple running the business was extremely helpfull with any problem we had. I cannot recommend more that place. definately coming back some day.
