Nu and the guy who is working nigh shift were really great help for us even invited for us food at 3am Really good place worth the money great stuff
staff was very friendly on the other hand
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, a lot of things in the minibar. The staff is really kind and helpful (about booking tours :D) . Everything was good.
The best quality of the hotel is friendly of the staffs. Everything is pretty clean. And the price is reasonable.
The room is so clean, it’s cleaned once a day. Reasonable location for traveling Hanoi or other cities near from Hanoi. Staffs are all nice and friendly. High recommend this.
