The facilities were more than adequate, a good bed, clean, bar fridge functional, shower with hot water, a toilet that flushed, an air conditioner which I don't use. That's adequate for me.
The staff were absolutely lovely. One lady spoke very good English, so she helped us with everything we needed. She was there usually from 9 to 6. They helped us book a tour to Ha Long Bay, everyone ...
İts located very central area. The ladies on the reception were very cheerful and helpful.
Comfortable, good beds, clean, it’s location was in a very good place, a little small but very good hostel, they have their booking agency in the reception.
