I loved this hostel, everything was good! Only negative point the start of the shower was very weak and there was only hot water.

Everything about this property was great. For $100 a night I couldn't really complain. Had a fridge and jug with cups, a shower, and a television. Linda the lady on at night was really lovely, and very understanding. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, clean and friendly, the rooms as well as the communal areas. Everything can be easily reached by foot and there is the start of a thermal walk through the city right in front of the gates.

Nice location in the city center at a walking distance to many sights such as Rotorua Museum and Polynesian spa. Clean rooms and bathrooms and big kitchen and common room.

Nice big, clean hostel. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Bathrooms were large and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting activities to do even though it was pouring rain.

Communal areas were friendly. Staff on reception knew a lot about the local area and attactions

Very large kitchen with separate dining space. There were also lots of areas to relax, a tv room and an internet area. Plenty of car parking space as there is a designated YHA car park.

The hostel was clean, spacious, and nicely laid out (social area in a different buidling from dorms). I love their focus on recycling, and the bulletin boards full of fun facts and activities were both interesting and helpful. :) Staff was very helpful with advice about activities in the area. Also, they allowed me to store my luggage for free on the day of check out, which was very appreciated.
