You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is closed everyday from 12:00 until 15:30. The parking facilities are available during reception opening hours at a EUR 12 extra charge per day. Outside reception opening hours, the night watchman can give you access to the parking lot from 21:10 until midnight at a EUR 12 extra charge. Please note that only small pets are allowed.
