Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive before 16:00 and after 22:30 from Monday to Sunday and before 14h30 and after 21h00 Sunday, please contact the property in advance in order to obtain the necessary access codes. When booking 5 rooms or more, please note that a prepayment may be required.
