Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours is from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan on arriving after 19:00, it is necessary to contact the reception during opening hours in order to obtain an access code. For stays of up to 6 days: end of stay cleaning is included (except the kitchen). Daily housekeeping is possible at an extra cost. Please note that parking is subject to availability. For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment. A damage deposit is required on arrival : € 100 for stays of less than 2 nights, and € 200 for stays of 3 nights and more.
