Children and extra bed policy

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 11 years old stay for £15 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 16 years old stay for £20 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important information

This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note, the Cancellation policy for bookings of 5 rooms or more is as follows: -Cancellation for the whole booking must be done 8 weeks in advance. Cancellation of just 1 room can be done 24 hours prior to arrival. - Names of all guests and their room allotment must be provided 1 month before arrival and no later than 2 weeks before arrival. - A deposit of 25 % is required within 4 weeks of booking. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions numbers are limited in the wet areas; ie. swimming pool, of the Health & Fitness club therefore guests must pre-book times in advance to guarantee use of this.
