complaint
I have a complaint. I booked Nov 18-22. Then I phoned to change the dates and I had asked for a reservation only the night of 21/11, the person told me ok but I did not receive confirmation by email I thought that by phone c I was sure, I showed up on the 19th to find out if everything was ok and at the reception she didn't want to know anything when it was a staff error. As a result, she changed the reservation dates for the 21st until 11/25 and I had to pay 4 nights when I only stayed on the 21st.
Hoping someone in charge will be able to take my complaint and get a refund.
