Please inform The ASH in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking for more than 10 guests or more, different policies and supplements may apply. Please note that for group bookings, a prepayment of 50% of the Full amount is required, and free cancellation is only possible up until 2 months before check-in. If cancellation occurs after this time frame, guests will be charged 100% of the total price. Please note that events will have non-refundable policies. Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 11:00. The property's reception opening hours are: -Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 21:00 -Friday to Saturday: 08:30 to 22:00 -Sunday: 08:30 to 18:00 Guests arriving outside reception hours will receive check-in instructions by email. Please note that late check-out is available at this property and is subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of 50% of the room rate is applicable for late check-out at 14:00.
