If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property allows a maximum of 2 pets per room and there is a one-time pet fee of USD 30. Please note that this property has no kitchen or food preparation facilities.
