Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Important information

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that from 1 June 2014, all bookings are subject to a Heritage Charge of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate. Upon making reservation, all guests should be fully vaccinated and the check-in date should be 14 days after the second dose. Guests are required to show the digital certificate in MySejahtera upon arrival and failing to do, the property has the right to reject accommodating the guests. Please note our Lift will be shut down on the 24th and 25th March 2023 from 10am to 10pm for Preventive Maintenance Work. All rooms and offices can be accessed via staircase. Construction work of the new lift will be carried out from 10th March 2025 to 31st March 2025. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances from 10th March 2025 to 31st March 2025.
