You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick clean is carried out with no change of sheets or towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. For bookings of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply. Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment.
