This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Sixine House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Departure at the end of the stay must be at 11:00 a.m. and at 8:00 p.m. at the latest on request in advance one week before arrival. Bed sheets, duvet covers and towels are not provided by the accommodation and are to be brought by the guests themselves. Water, electricity, heating lead to the following consumption and incur additional costs. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 euros per pet, per night applies.
